It is a fairly simple and small test program that can be of great benefit to all PC users. IsMyLcdOK is primarily designed to quickly become the main feature of the program and that is the search for dead or paralyzed pixels. # Pixel Tester with different colors and gradient: Testing for dead pixels is very simple ) from the Category Test Tools for Windows IsMyLcdOK does not have to be installed and can be executed easily from the desktop,Īnd can be carried on a small usb-stick or other memory device. Many manufacturer's provide the highest industry standard dead pixel policy. Should have an option for the name to be above or below the clock, or otherwise more prominent, so it can be seen easily, even when the clock is small.IsMyLcdOK is a small program but effective solution to easily check for dead/paralysed/stuck pixels on LCD monitors. It is hard to read the name of the time zone, especially with some clock designs. (If it's already in there, I can't find it, see first suggestion above.) This is not the same as London time nor UK time (no daylight savings). We REALLY need GMT as one of the time zones. Because when I'm in Europe only a few days, I sometimes keep my laptop on time back home. The "Local" is not that great of a label. Would be good if an alternative way to find the local time would be a search through the list. Hard to find city in the pull-down list. This is convenient for keeping track of time zones we work with frequently. I'm assuming the times are right, haven't checked extensively yet (savings time etc). Very nice control of clock size, placement, whether it is always on top.
